Step 1. Email us or phone us. Let us know what you are interested in. Step 2. We will contact you to find out more details. Step 3. All of us will come to an agreement of what is to be done. Step 4. Point Happy Interactive will give you an estimate for the job. Step 5. The final terms are negotiated. Step 6. We produce a first draft. Step 7. You inspect. Step 8. We incorporate any needed changes and deliver the goods.
Terms: Client will be billed upon completion of job. Payment is Net 15 days. Cash, check, money order or bank draft. 7.25% sales tax will be added to California orders. Shipping and handling will be included in final price. Changes needed because of Point Happy Interactive error will be done for free. Changes needed because of client changes to previously approved artwork will be billed at $75hr.
